Tooth Brushing Hands-on Training Program

Train Your Child for a Healthier Smile and Lifelong Oral Health

Tooth brushing is not just a daily routine—it is a lifelong health skill that must be learned, practiced, and performed correctly. Effective brushing depends on both proper technique and self-awareness, enabling children to consciously clean every tooth surface instead of brushing mechanically. Like any life skill, it requires hands-on training, guidance, and regular practice. Dental plaque, the main cause of tooth decay and gum disease, accumulates on multiple tooth surfaces, especially in commonly missed areas. Studies show that both children and adults often fail to clean these areas effectively. Teaching the correct brushing technique during the primary school years helps establish lifelong healthy habits. To make brushing simple, logical, and fun, Chetu Kids Club introduces the Meditative Tooth Brushing (MTB) Technique. Through hands-on training, children learn how to brush, where to brush, and why each area matters. This skill-based approach transforms tooth brushing into a mindful daily practice, building lifelong Oral Fitness and supporting better overall health.
